Coach Vinny's presence and communication skills have brought our group closer, especially with new faces and different personalities. Since working with Vinny, my mental state and thought process have drastically changed, I've realised you can control far more of your emotions and how you view situations than I once thought. Before working with him, I struggled to understand why I felt the way I did during games. Through Vinny's exercises, I learned that you can control how you feel and how you respond to any situation.

It's been awesome working with Coach Vinny for this past season, he helps you become genuinely aware of your process and what you specifically need to do to become the best version of yourself. He makes you more conscious of the decisions you make and how compounding those decisions over time raises your standard. I'm extremely appreciative of the work we've put in together.
